Our Mission

Our mission is to rescue abused and abandoned animals in the Foothills region and to provide emergency  medical treatment and foster care until a forever home is found.

About the HCSPCA

The High Country SPCA is a Non Profit organization that raises funds to provide emergency services for all displaced animals in the Foothills region.

*Volunteers are essential to our success and we welcome offers of help to assist at fundraising events, with foster homes and our other support services.  Please contact one of the members listed below if you can help.

DONATIONS for the High Country SPCA may be dropped off at Diamond Valley Vet.
